We collect information only to the extent required for inquiry handling, service improvement, and analytics. We do not provide it to third parties without consent unless required by law.

Retention

Account browsing history is automatically deleted 365 days after the last view, and expired passwordless sessions approximately 7 days after expiry. Favorites, comparisons, and saved searches remain until the user removes them. Bookings, inquiries, transaction records, and contract-related documents are retained only as long as required for service delivery, contracts, legal obligations, and dispute handling.

After identity verification, users may request access, correction, or deletion through the site contact channel. Information subject to legal or contractual retention obligations may not be eligible for immediate deletion.

Names, email addresses, phone numbers, and messages submitted through inquiry forms are used to respond to that inquiry and for related operational communication.
